We/I have read, understand, and will abide by the 2025 Veterans Day Parade Eligibility and guidelines
We/I agree that all participants will check in at parade coordinator station and assemble by assigned place and time.
We/I will provide a banner/sign identifying our unit along with a recognition phrase supporting veterans.
We/I will have a representative that will attend Safety Briefing on 8 November at VFW Post 9851at 10 AM or 6 November at 7 PM.
We/I agree to this HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: The service provider/Unit/Group will indemnify and hold harmless the Hendersonville Veterans Day Parade, VFW Post 9851, the Planning Committee, Sumner County, and the City of Hendersonville, their officers, agents, servants and employees from and against all and any loss, cost, expense, liability, damage for injury, including legal fees and disbursements that the Hendersonville Veterans Day Parade, VFW Post 9851 and its parade planning committee, Sumner County, and the City of Hendersonville, their officers agents, servants, and employees may directly or indirectly sustain, suffer or incur as a result of any and all damage or injury of any kind or nature to all persons, whether employees of the Service Providers/Unit/Group/Participant or other- wise, and to all property caused by, resulting from, or arising out of the Service Providers/Units/Groups/Participants negligence in the performance of its obligations arising under this agreement.
